At POP Party, we began importing goods in 2024 to overcome inventory challenges, and we quickly discovered the immense benefits this brought to our business. Importing has given us full control over product appearance and retail readiness, leading to significantly larger margins and more competitive pricing—a huge advantage for us as a small business retailer.

We deeply appreciate our buying group at PFA. This past year was particularly challenging with the bankruptcy of one of our largest vendors. However, the support and collaboration within PFA have been invaluable as we navigate new obstacles together.

Now, we want to share our successful importing experience with other entrepreneurs like you. To help our industry thrive, we've created an import page where you can join us. We encourage you to take this leap; while importing involves some risk, the rewards are substantial. We've achieved great success and have a dedicated team to minimize risks.

By collaborating, we can expand our product offerings, meet factory Minimum Order Quantities (MOQs) more easily, and facilitate frequent buys.

A few important details regarding pricing:

* All product prices are based on master case sizes and include container freight and the current tariffs. 

* Should tariffs change, the final price will be adjusted accordingly. If tariffs decrease, you will receive a refund. If they increase, we will update and invoice to reflect the new cost.

* To initiate production of our import orders, full payment is required upfront from all participants. This ensures we can cover the financial costs and proceed efficiently.
